All officers and committee members are volunteers and meet when necessary to make the decisions needed to run and improve the site. Actions debated and resolved by the committee are incorporated into the information held on these webpages. Members wishing to view the notes from meetings can also do so here: Notes from committee meetings. The committee are elected at the Annual General Meetings

Communications and Your Email Address

Please could all members be aware that with the exception of annual bills and formal warning letters the Association communicates by email, through our webpages and by using on-site posters.  Members of the Association who are not receiving emails should inform the secretary by speaking to him at the site or emailing secretary@elmroadallotments.org.uk as you may not be on the email list.

Your Plot Condition

Committee Members make regular inspections of plot condition and record the outcomes. You may be approached for a friendly helpful chat about your plot or even receive a warning letter. For further information about what is required as a condition of your sub-tenancy please consult The Rules
